Sightsavers’ Junior Painter
Awards 2018: Put Us in the
Level 3, dlr LexIcon
30 April-30 June
Each year, Sightsavers asks children to create a painting on
a particular theme that allows them to both explore inclusion
and to consider the world around them, acknowledging
the additional challenges faced by those living with disabilities
in developing countries. We are delighted to display the
work of 15 regional winners, 3 national winners and 6 judges’
commendations. This year’s judges include campaigner
Sinead Burke (aka Minnie Melange), Laureate na nÓg
PJ Lynch, and Director of Arts and Disability Ireland Padraig Naughton.
