Join us in Dundrum Library for a fun Hatha Yoga flow class for parents/guardians and toddlers (18-36 months).
Beginners level class, this class will focus on rebuilding abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor, with fun toddler stretches to take their growing bodies through a range of movement incorporating breathing and yoga poses, a lovely bonding exercise!
Please bring a small selection of toys to occupy your little ones if they become restless.
