Cruinniú na nÓg is a flagship initiative of the Creative Ireland Programme’s Creative Youth Plan to enable the creative potential of children and young people. As part of Cruinniú na nÓg 2022 to complement and encourage use of our Scéal trails we also have a programme of events for local primary schools during May and June.

To celebrate one of our new dlr Summer Scéal Trails for 2022, we are delighted to be hosting some online events for dlr schools in June with the illustrator of Naturama Melissa Doran.
We will make a simple fold out book with four panels to draw a wildlife scene. Starting with a tree, everyone will develop their own individual drawing adding their favourite wild animals, birds and flowers. Then you can add some words or make a lovely picture-based nature scene.
Email email@example.com to book your class in for these workshops.
