Unladylike: A History of Ladies Gaelic Football

PhD student Hayley Kilgallon will talk about the past 50 years of women's Gaelic football from its beginnings, where it was considered a novelty act, to today's nearly 200,000 members.  She will discuss her recent book and delight the audience with photos, newspaper clippings and letters relating to this national sport.
