Active Academy are delighted to partner with dlr Libraries to bring you our Active Age classes.

These are functional fitness classes, designed to help with everyday life and suitable for all abilities. All exercises can be modified and performed at your own level. We will focus on fitness, strength, balance, core strength and much more. The aim of the classes is to get moving whilst having fun & meeting new people.
