Charles Stanley Cuthbert: Manuscript of an Irish soldier during WWI Exhibition

Thanks to the family of Charles Stanley Cuthbert who donated their grandfather’s manuscript, we have an original account by a surviving Irish soldier who fought in WWI. The manuscript has been conserved and digitised and is accompanied by a number of artefacts, including shrapnel taken from a wound sustained by Charles in 1918.
