Tech Basics IT Clinic

Need some help with the basics of browsing the internet, sending emails or using library online services?  We are here to help!  Why not book an appointment with a member of library staff to troubleshoot the issue with you in a one-to-one half-hour session.

You will need to provide a brief description in advance of the IT help you are looking for, and you will be asked to bring along the device you are using, e.g. smartphone, tablet or laptop.  
One session per person.
