Join Ciarán Mac Fhearghusa, yoga practitioner and author of children’s Irish language Yoga Adventure books Diarmuid agus an Mata Yoga Draiochta san Astráil and Diarmuid agus an Mata Yoga Draíochta san Amasóin for a session of yoga, mindfulness and meditation for all the family.
