Lego Competition and Winners 2022

On Saturday 24 September we awarded our Lego prizewinners 2022 their prizes, with the help of Leas-Chathaoirleach Cllr Michael Clark and Raj Kiran from Bricks4Kidz, South County Dublin.

A huge congratulations to our winners, but also to all 70+ children that entered the competition and livened up dlr LexIcon when the colourful explosion of Lego arrived on Wednesday 21 September. We were delighted to have the entries on display for Culture Night 2022, where they were admired by those visiting dlr LexIcon.

The standard,imagination and skill were all of a very high standard and it was a difficult judging process for Raj Kiran from Bricks4Kidz.ie 

All entrants put in a huge amount of time and effort into their builds, and we do hope they will be encouraged to keep building and to keep entering our Lego competition.

Well done all, and a huge thanks to everyone who entered our Lego Competition 2022..

The Winners are:

Age 0-5 years and Crowd Favourite: Harley Jago McGovern

Age 6-8 years : Seosamh Fitzgerald

Age 9-12 years: Donal,Rian and Tomás Mulcahy and Ethan Cassidy (Group Build)

Age 13-16 years: Mattia Minnella

Special Commendation: Minh and Son Nguyen
