Summer Stars 2018 - Prizes!

We hope our young readers have all been enjoying this wonderful summer and fitting in plenty of summer reading!
The Summer Stars draw boxes in each of our libraries are heaving with reading cards!
There is still time to get your reading card stamped and back to the draw boxes before they close on Friday 7th September.

 

Remember every child that fills a reading card and enters it into our draw boxes is in with a chance to win some wonderful prizes.
Every dlr library will pull three lucky winners from their draw boxes. Each of these children will win a €20 voucher and will be invited to a prize-giving ceremony on Sat 6th October in dlr LexIcon. The prizes will be presented by Cathaoirleach Cllr Ossian Smyth and each of the branch winners will also be in with a chance of winning one of the top prizes on Sat 6th October:
 
1st €100 One4all voucher
Plus IMC cinema voucher and dlr Leisure vouchers
 
2nd €75 One4all voucher
Plus IMC cinema voucher and dlr Leisure vouchers
 
3rd €50 One4all voucher
Plus IMC cinema voucher and dlr Leisure vouchers
 
Each winner will also receive a Summer Stars 2018 medal and a goody bag. Keep reading and don’t forget to return your reading cards to your local dlr Library by Friday 7th September. Look out for the Summer Stars celebrations in dlr libraries and most importantly remember reading is a reward in itself; all of our Summer Stars are winners!
