Work Matters at the library

Are you looking for a job or a career change?  Are you thinking of starting your own business?  With professional staff and access to a broad range of services, the library is a place to explore, learn and connect.  Work Matters is a national initiative and a partnership between dlr Libraries and Libraries Ireland.
 
The Work Matters Service includes:
Free membership to dlr Libraries as well as the national linked Library service.
Access to business and employment books, journals, newspapers, reports, wirefeeds, eBooks, eAudio and eMagazines.  PCs, laptops and Wifi available for use in the library as well as printing, photocopying and scanning services.
 
Libraries offer online learning and services with access to over 500 e-learning courses including language learning as well as programmed computer classes, workshops, presentations and networking opportunities. We have recently acquired Vision-net online resource.
 
All libraries offer facilities for study and research.  dlr LexIcon also offers room booking facilities, for meetings and workshops of businesses and community groups.
