Coastival Family Fun Day at dlr LexIcon 2025

Ahoy there, join us for a day of free family-friendly events by the sea! We will have puppet shows, storytime, games, arts and crafts and much more!

Street Art Theatre Ireland bring their circus skills workshop, with props and tutors on hand to help. 

Puppeteer Marie Denham will present Gráinne Mhaille, a tale told through light and shadow, the story of Ireland’s legendary pirate queen.

Messy Adventures will hold an interactive play session for babies and toddlers. While families and teenagers can engage with arts and crafts sessions.

There will be a treasure hunt and story time with author Erika McGann. Mime artists and stilt walkers will also be there to boost the festival atmosphere!

For families with neurodivergent young people, we will have a Sensory Space available indoors should anyone need time out to self-regulate on the day.
