Eoghan Daltun Heritage Week 2024

On the Beara peninsula in West Cork, a temperate rainforest flourishes – this is the remarkable work of Eoghan Daltun, who had a vision to rewild a 73-acre farm, moving there from Dublin with his family in 2009. Eoghan’s book, An Irish Atlantic Rainforest, charts his journey in rewilding his farm, and through this work he has revealed both a route and a connection to our natural heritage.
