Ireland Reads 2026

Throughout the month of February, Irish library services and organisations that promote reading, literacy and the arts are asking everyone to embrace the joy of reading and Get Lost in a Good Book. From picture books and biographies to travel guides and computing, audiobooks and graphic novels to e-books and annuals, we have it all! So dust off that library card and explore the extensive collections on offer at your local library, completely free of charge.
