As part of Irish Cinema Season, and voted for by you the viewer, the LexIcon Studio Film Club will be screening Eat The Peach (1986) directed by Peter Ormrod.

A snapshot of an era & screening the week after its thirty-eighth anniversary, Eat The Peach tells the story of two young Kildare men watching an old Elvis Presley movie in which a carnival cyclist performs an act called the `Wall of Death'. Recently unemployed and open to inspiration, they decide to put together their own Wall of Death - smuggling across the border to finance construction. Shot in the Bog of Allen, Co. Kildare.
