Mindful Chair Yoga with Sally Dunne Deansgrange Library
Whether you are new to yoga or not, chair yoga is a gentle and easy way to gain the benefits of yoga while seated. Many of the traditional yoga poses can be adapted on the chair, so as to move the body through its full range of movement. Open to all, Mindful Chair Yoga is an ideal way to build flexibility and stamina, while helping to calm the mind and de-stress.
