Yogalates for Adults with Elaine Chapman
Yogalates is a fun mat-based workout that’s a fusion of Yoga and Pilates, drawing on a powerful mind-body connection through breath work and core stabilisation. Go at your own pace in this beginner’s class, that aims through body weight exercises and postures to improve your muscle tone, flexibility and restore balance.
Please wear comfortable workout gear, socks or bare feet and bring a small towel for your neck comfort.
