dlr Libraries Christmas Opening Hours 2025

All dlr Libraries will open as normal on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 December 2025.

On Wednesday 24 December, dlr LexIcon, Ballyogan, Deansgrange and Dundrum Libraries will open from 9.30am to 12.30pm. All other libraries will remain closed.

dlr Libraries will re-open as per the below schedule:

Friday 2 January: dlr LexIcon, Ballyogan, Blackrock, Dalkey, Deansgrange, Shankill, Stillorgan Libraries will re-open as normal

Saturday 3 January: Cabinteely Library will re-open as normal

Monday 5 January: Dundrum Library will re-open as normal

During these times, My Open Library (MOL) hours will be in operation in Deansgrange and Dalkey Libraries*
