Make September Library card sign up month!

Make sure your children or students have access to another important back-to-school item: their very own library card. In addition to checking out books, their card gives them access to a wide range of digital educational resources and much more. With this simple little card you can browse and borrow items from the whole national catalogue of books, as well as comics, magazines, eBooks, and streaming music. 

As a teacher, don't forget you can avail of a block loan card for your class, this allows you to borrow large amounts of stock with an even longer loan period. We also have an ever-growing classroom book set collection, with up to 30 of the same books in each title, with books for all ages from pre-school/picture books through to teen reads, with lots of titles in Irish also. Perfect for those days you want everyone in class to drop everything and read!
