Summer Stars is a free national reading challenge which takes place over the summer months to encourage children to begin or continue reading for pleasure while on school holidays. Summer Stars is a great way to keep up reading skills in an enjoyable way. The challenge is to read eight books over the summer months. All cards returned were entered into a draw for the prizes mentioned above. Look out for next year's Summer Stars challenge!
