Laughter Yoga & Mindfulness for Everyday Calm with Andrea Ryan
This gentle, uplifting session explores how laughter yoga and mindfulness can ease stress, calm the nervous system, and bring more lightness into daily life. Participants will experience simple breathing techniques, grounding tools, mindful pauses, and laughter-based practices designed to boost mood, support resilience, and create a greater sense of balance and connection. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to breathe, laugh, and reconnect with yourself.
