Poetry Prompts for World Poetry Day 

In honour of World Poetry Day on 21 March, try your hand at becoming a poet! We have a number of fill-in-the-blank poetry prompts from poet Joseph Fasano to get you started, or we'd love to see some of your original work. We'll be displaying the works of our budding poets in the Library on World Poetry Day, so please join us and give it a go. You'll be a poet before you know it!   

• Collect our poetry prompt page from the library or submit your own poem for display
• Max: 1 A4 page per person. We cannot accept more than 1 A4 page.
• This is suitable for all ages. No booking is needed to attend this event
