Sensory Sessions in November: Lydia Sasse and the Music Makers

dlr Libraries is delighted to partner with Lydia Sasse and the Music Makers this November bringing together movement, storytelling and music. There will be two workshops with different sessions. • Sensory Yoga Adventures with Lydia Sasse: Saturday 1 November from 1.15 - 2.00 pm 

   

  These fun and engaging yoga classes will involve various yoga adventures, games and storytelling. Through the medium of story, we will engage with a variety of yoga poses, breathing techniques and midline crossing activities designed to help improve coordination, balance, and fine motor skills, whilst also being a playful and creative sensory experience. This workshop is suitable for ages 6 - 10 yrs +

   

• Lydia and the Music Makers: Saturday 1 November 2025
  Session 1: 2.15 - 2.45 pm 
  Session 2: 3.00 -3.30 pm 

   

  Join Lydia and the Music Makers for a lively session, featuring group singalongs, hand clap games and drum circle call and response activities that will allow children to enjoy the pleasure of creating music within a group environment purely for the fun of it.
