World Alzheimer's Month - Colours Chasing Me by Friday Friends

Living Well with Dementia is delighted to exhibit its Art Piece 'Colours Chasing Me' in Deansgrange Library during September in recognition of World Alzheimer's Month. 

LWwD aims to raise awareness about dementia, reduce stigma, promote early diagnosis, and provide support for people living with dementia in HSE Community Healthcare East, including weekly activity groups that are open to all but are particularly welcome to people with dementia, their families and carers. 'Colours Chasing Me' is a collaborative artwork created by talented weekly art group 'Friday Friends'. The creation of this art piece was facilitated by artist Caroline Schofield and funded by dlr Arts Office. Caroline is particularly interested in participatory and collaborative art & health work and her work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally.
