50 Years of Irish Rock Through the Lens of Dutch Photographers

This exhibition marks 50 years of Irish rock music as seen through the lenses of renowned Dutch photographers. Curated by Ramon Music Exhibitions, it brings together rare and iconic photographs of Irish artists including U2, Sinéad O’Connor, Rory Gallagher, Van Morrison, Bob Geldof, Hozier and many others. It reflects the long‑standing cultural connection between Irish musicians and audiences in the Netherlands, capturing live performances and intimate moments from five decades of Irish music history.

Objects, War and Memory in Ireland Past and Present

Most of us keep objects that remind us of loved ones or important moments in our lives. Now, a new exhibition showcases some of the precious things that refugees have brought with them to Ireland, and the moving stories of courage, resilience, love and hope that these objects tell. Alongside these, objects from Kilmainham Gaol’s collections reveal resonances between the experiences of refugees today and experiences of war, oppression and loss in Ireland’s recent past.

The Influence Industry: Shaping the Information You See

Join Dr Eileen Culloty for an engaging and thought‑provoking talk that looks behind the scenes of modern influence.

The Influence Industry is the network of people and organisations shaping many of the messages we encounter every day — from news coverage to political campaigns. This talk explores how public opinion is shaped, who is doing the shaping, and why it matters in an era where persuasion is carefully designed and strategically deployed.
