Join Megan Wynne for a practical journaling workshop.  


Megan shares how she began journaling and how it can support mental health, sleep, relationships, emotional regulation, and personal clarity. Participants explore a range of techniques, including expressive writing to clear the mind, labelling feelings, rightbrain/brain/leftbrain journaling to connect with younger selves, mood tracking, and creating written or drawn visions for life.
