Mindfulness for Exam Stress with Andrea Ryan
This supportive, practical session is designed for Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate students. As a qualified mindfulness teacher, Andrea shares simple tools to ease overwhelm, steady the mind, and improve focus. Students learn easy daily practices, breathing techniques for before and during exams, and quick reset strategies when stress spikes. They’ll leave with repeatable methods they can use in class, at home, or in the exam hall, helping them feel calmer, more confident, and more in control as exams approach.
